You’ll Need:

for the ragu 

1 kg sheep bear 

1 onion quartered 

6 garlic cloves skin on 

2 sprigs new rosemary 

1 container red wine 

1 container meat/sheep stock 

salt and pepper to taste

4 garlic cloves daintily cut 

1 x 400g can cleaved tomatoes 

2 teaspoons tomato glue 

salt and pepper to taste 

for the gnocchi 

1 kg preparing/fleecy potatoes 

2 containers cauliflower florets 

2 egg yolks 

1½-2 containers cake/universally handy flour 

salt to taste 

1 container semolina for tidying 

How to Make:
