You'll Need:

  1. 1 expansive pack (around 10 ounces) collard greens
  2. 1 ½ tablespoons additional virgin olive oil
  3. ¼ teaspoon fine ocean salt
  4. 2 medium cloves garlic, squeezed or minced
  5. Squeeze of red pepper drops (discretionary, downsize or preclude if touchy to zest)
  6. A couple lemon wedges, for serving

How to Make:

  1. To set up the collards: Cut out the thick focus rib out of every collard green. Stack the rib-less greens and fold them up into a stogie like shape. Cut over the "stogie" as daintily as would be prudent (⅛″ to ¼″) to make long strands. Shake up the greens and give them a couple of slashes so the strands aren't so long.
  2. Warmth an expansive, substantial bottomed skillet over medium-high warmth, at that point include the olive oil. When the oil is sparkling, include the majority of the collard greens and the salt.
  3. Mix until the majority of the greens are softly covered in oil, at that point let them cook for around 30 seconds before mixing once more. Keep blending in 30-second interims until the greens are shriveled, dull green, and some are beginning to turn tans on the edges (this is flavorful). This will take between 3 to 6 minutes......... full recipe here!
