  • 5 teaspoons corn starch (for corn starch slurry thickener) 
  • 6 teaspoons water (for corn starch slurry thickener) 
  • Trimming and Fixings (Discretionary) 
  • 1-2 stalks green onion (hacked) 
  • toasted sesame seeds 



Directions :
  1. Marinate the Meat 
  2. Cut the steak into 1 cm wide strips and spot it in a bowl. (In the event that your steak is more than 1 cm thick, cut the strips down the middle again length-wise)
