Fixings :
  • 3 - 4 pounds meat short ribs 
  • 4 tablespoons nectar 
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce 
  • 2 containers hamburger stock 
  • 1/2 tablespoon onion powder 
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (or ordinary oil) 
  • 1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 1 teaspoon ocean salt 
  • 2 - 4 sprigs new thyme 




Directions :
  1. Sprinkle the short ribs with salt, pepper and onion powder. In extensive container over medium-high warmth, liquefy the coconut oil. When the coconut oil is dissolved, include the short ribs.Cook for 3-4 minutes or until cooked. Flip and cook the opposite side for 3-4 minutes or darker. Expel from skillet and put aside. 
  2. Add garlic to the container and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Fill a little bowl and put aside.
