Fixings :

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil 
  • 1 kg Braising hamburger 
  • 200 g Smoked bacon lardons 
  • 4 Cloves Garlic Stripped and squashed

  • 5 Huge carrots Stripped, cut and cut into huge pieces 
  • 400 g Catch mushrooms 
  • 400 ml Red wine 
  • 350 ml Hamburger stock 
  • 2 tbsp Dried thyme 
  • 3 tbsp Tomato puree 
  • Salt and pepper 
  • 3 tbsp Cornflour 
  • Slashed new parsley to serve. 




Guidelines :

To cook in the weight cooker:
