Garlic Cooked Tomatoes 

  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes divided 
  • 3 garlic cloves minced 
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian flavoring 
  • 2 teaspoons fit salt 
  • 1 teaspoon crisp ground pepper 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (in addition to additional for capacity) 


For the Spinach 

  • 2 glasses spinach 
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil 
  • 3 cloves garlic minced 
  • 4 Flatbreads (I utilize bundled Naan) 
  • 3-4 glasses mozzarella cheddar destroyed 
  • crisp basil for topping 




Guidelines :

  1. Garlic cooked tomatoes 
  2. Preheat broiler to 300 degrees 
  3. In a substantial blending bowl include the cherry tomatoes, garlic, Italian flavoring, olive oil, salt and pepper. Blend delicately 
  4. Exchange to a heating sheet and spread into an even layer. 
  5. Heat for 1 hour or until tomatoes are delicate and smell heavenly 
  6. Preheat broiler to 425 degrees 
  7. Shower a heating sheet with non-stick cooking splash 
  8. In a skillet on medium warmth include olive oil, garlic and spinach, saute for 1-2 minutes or until withered. Turn heat off and put aside. 
  9. Spread cheddar out on flatbreads, include the tomatoes and withered spinach 
  10. Prepare for 9-10 minutes or until cheddar is softened and edges are carmelized and marginally fresh. 
  11. Add basil to embellish
