Fixings
  • 3 Romaine lettuce hearts
  • 6 segments of cooked bacon (prepared, to keep it level)
  • 1/4 glass newly ground Parmesan cheddar
  • 3 Tablespoons Caesar dressing
  • crisp dark pepper
  • lemon wedges, to decorate

Directions :

  1. Cut Romaine hearts down the middle the long way and wash under virus water. Channel topsy turvy for a couple of minutes, at that point envelop by an expansive kitchen towel and press delicately to evacuate however much water as could reasonably be expected.
  2. Mastermind Romaine hearts on a platter and best with a tablespoon of dressing. Add bacon strips to the highest point of every six wedges and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  3. Just before serving, shower with residual Caesar dressing and a sprinkling of crisp dark pepper. Top with more cheddar, whenever wanted.
  4. Serve quickly, with lemon wedges.

Thank you for coming to my blog and enjoyed to try to make this food at home, good luck...
