Fixings : 

  • One 8-ounce square Pepper Jack cheddar 
  • One 8-ounce square cheddar 
  • One 8-ounce square Monterrey Jack cheddar 
  • 1/2 C vegetable oil (or olive oil) 
  • 1/4 C white wine vinegar 
  • One bundle Great Seasons Lively Italian dressing blend 
  • 2 T cut green onions 
  • 2 T hacked parsley 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • Red stew pieces, to taste 




Instructions : 

  1. Whisk together the dressing blend, oil, vinegar, green onions, parsley, garlic, and stew pieces. Put aside. 
  2. Cut the squares of cheddar down the middle longways. At that point cut them into 1/4 inch squares, attempting to be uniform. Orchestrate the cheddar on a platter. Pour the marinade over the highest point of the cheddar. Spread and chill for something like 2 hours and up to medium-term. Present with wafers.
