You'll Need:

For the raspberry sauce:
  1. 2 glasses crisp or solidified raspberries
  2. 2 tablespoons sugar
  3. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
For the cheesecake:
  1. 1/4 glass graham saltine pieces
  2. 3 tablespoons margarine softened
  3. 800 grams full fat cream cheddar at room temperature (around 28 ounces)
  4. 3/4 glass powdered sugar filtered to evacuate protuberances
  5. 400 grams white chocolate softened and cooled to simply above room temperature (around 15 ounces)
  6. 1/2 glasses whipped cream OR whipped beating at room temperature
  7. white chocolate shavings and whipped cream for serving/decorate (discretionary)

How to Make:

  1. Warmth a little pot over medium-low warmth and include the raspberries, sugar and cornstarch. Blend continually to forestall consuming.
  2. Give the berries a chance to warm up and pound them as they go to pieces and the sugar softens, making a thick sauce. When the berry sauce starts to bubble, turn off the warmth and cool the sauce to room temperature, putting it aside for some other time. (Rather than making the raspberry sauce yourself, don't hesitate to utilize your most loved top notch raspberry jam).
  3. In a little bowl, join the graham saltine morsels and the liquefied spread until the scraps are totally saturated.
  4. Press the morsel blend into the base of a 9-inch springform container and up the sides only marginally, to shape an outside. Chill to set....... full recipe here!
