You’ll Need:

MARINADE: 

1 tsp garlic , minced 

1 tsp ginger , minced 

1 tsp stew , finely hacked (or glue is fine), alter amount to taste

1 lemongrass , white part just, finely hacked (Note 3) 

1/2 tsp coriander powder 

3/4 tsp tumeric powder 

1/2 tsp curry powder (any is fine) 

1 tbsp darker sugar 

2 1/2 tbsp fish sauce 

3/4 container coconut milk (full fat please!) 

CHICKEN: 

750 g - 1 kg/1.5 - 2 lb chicken thigh filets , skinless and boneless

Oil for cooking 

COCONUT Nut SAUCE: 

1/2 container coconut milk 

1 tbsp nutty spread, smooth 

2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce 

1/2 tbsp lime juice 

1 garlic clove , minced 

1/2 tsp stew glue or new bean stew , conform to taste 

Trimming (Discretionary): 

Finely hacked coriander/cilantro and more stew , for embellishment 

Lime wedges (profoundly suggested)

How to Make:

Blend marinade in a substantial bowl. Include chicken and blend. Spread with stick wrap and marinate in the cooler for 24 - 48 hours (can't skip marinating for this formula).
