  • 1 bundle red velvet cake blend (customary size)

  • 1 bundle (1/4 ounce) dynamic dry yeast

  • 1/2 glass pressed dark colored sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 1/4 glass margarine, liquefied 


ICING: 

  • 2 glasses confectioners' sugar 
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, relaxed 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla concentrate 
  • 3 to 5 tablespoons 2% milk

  1. Join cake blend, 1 glass flour and yeast. Include water; beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Mix in enough residual flour to shape a delicate batter (mixture will be sticky). Turn onto a daintily floured surface; massage tenderly 6-8 times. Spot in a lubed bowl, swinging once to oil the best. Spread and let ascend in a warm spot until multiplied, around 2 hours. In the mean time, in another bowl, blend dark colored sugar and cinnamon. 
  2. Punch down batter. Turn onto a gently floured surface; fold batter into a 18x10-in. square shape. Brush with dissolved spread to inside 1/4 in. of edges; sprinkle with sugar blend. 
  3. Move up jam move style, beginning with a long side; squeeze crease to seal. Cut across into 12 cuts. Spot cut sides up in a lubed 13x9-in. heating container. Spread with a kitchen towel; let ascend in a warm spot until nearly multiplied, around 60 minutes. 
  4. Preheat stove to 350°. Heat until puffed and light darker, 15-20 minutes. Cool somewhat. 
  5. Beat confectioners' sugar, spread, vanilla and enough milk to achieve a sprinkling consistency. Sprinkle icing over warm rolls.
