Fixings :

  • 4-5 medium Potatoes, stripped and cut into fingers 
  • Oil for profound fricasseeing 


First Covering: 

  • 2 teaspoon Bean stew powder 
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Glue 
  • 1 teaspoon Red Bean stew Glue 
  • 3 tablespoon Corn Flour 
  • 3 tablespoon Universally handy Flour 
  • 2 teaspoon Salt 


Second Covering: 

  • 3 tablespoon Universally handy Flour 
  • 3 tablespoon Corn Flour 
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dark Pepper 
  • 2-3 tablespoon Water 


For the Sauce: 

  • 2 tablespoon Oil 
  • 1 tablespoon finely cleaved Garlic 
  • 1 teaspoon Red Bean stew Pieces 
  • 3 tablespoon White Sesame Seeds 
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar 
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce 
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup 
  • 1/2 tablespoon Nectar 
  • 1 teaspoon Red Bean stew Glue 
  • 1/4 glass Water + 1 teaspoon Corn Flour blended to make a slurry 
  • 2 tablespoon cleaved Spring Onion (green part as it were) 




Directions :

  1. Wash potato fingers well in running water and put aside. This expels any additional starch in the potatoes. 
  2. Combine corn flour, generally useful flour, stew powder, bean stew glue and salt. Coat the potato fingers uniformly with this flour blend. Warmth oil in a wok or karahi and profound sear the potato fingers in bunches till the potato is half cooked. It's vital that you drop one potato finger at once in to the oil so they don't stick together (watch video above to perceive how to do this). Expel the potato fingers on a tissue lined plate and let them cool. 
  3. For the second covering, make a medium thick player with universally handy flour, corn flour and pepper powder by including only a couple of tablespoons of water.
